So, I guess I'll get right to it, what happened with S&M?


There is a start and an ending to everything. I rode for s and m for 8 years and it was great! Chris and I are still cool and that is real important to me. I have a lot of respect for Chris and always will.

What about the new video? Are you still in it? If not, what are you doing with that footage? Because, I know you filmed some bangers, and there is always room on the clicked team ha ha.

The footage is in the new s and m video. Lets not talk about it.

What are your plans for BMX now? Are you looking for another ride? Are contests still something you want to be a part of?

Things are up in the air, I have been talking to good friends KC and Povah about everything so we will see what happens. Contest have always been hard for me since x-games 05

Sparks Plus or Sparks regular?

No sparks for me these days. I do have a funny story about sparks. The first time that I have ever had one, I was going to the sk8 park and was super tired because of a final that I had just taken. I don't ever drink energy drinks so this is where it all went wrong. I stoped at a store and thought that I had just bought a energy drink (for all of you saying yea right, it is when sparks had just came out it was 02. They where in in the engery drink section. This is when I lived in Flag and Flag can be shady) I drank it as fast as I could because it tasted like such shit! I go to the park and tried to ride and couldn't figure out why I was all over the place. Then I realize that I had the same thought process that I have when I have a buz go look at the can and realize that I just slammed soda beer. I ended that session and went to the bar.

The last time I got really drunk with you, I think was the time we were at that CFB contest at Woodward West in that really weird little town. We were all at that shitty little bar and there was this breathalyzer machine that told you if you were wasted or not. How did you end up breaking that? And did you end up getting kicked out?

I don't remember that. I was with John Heaton and things always get messy when we are together. I do remember being at the dust bowl throwing beer in the air and eating all the multi vitamins. That was fun!

In your mind, what's the definition of Intraverse?

I also hear that you do double trucks and double 360 whips all by yourself in the woods of Prescott. Is this true?

How did you get into riding?

My dad showed me how to ride when I was 3 and I forgot to stop.

It seems like you really blew up after the Ells videos in the Late 90's and early Otts. How did you become the only dirt jumper in what seemed to be street only videos?

I'm not sure. I like ride street, I just like the fluid motion of trails. A big thanks to Ells, Fatty Patty and Ryan Merkel for that part!

I've seen you do some crazy street moves though, do you plan on riding more street? If so, why don't you come down to Tucson soon and let's go film some shit, mad street spots, son.

Yea! There is a wall ride down there that I think about all the time

What do you do when you're not riding your bike?

work, school, dig, motorbike, swim, hang with the bro's, hang with my lady, GO SUNS!

What's a perfect day for you?

every day the sun comes up.

How do you feel about helmets?

For what bmx? I always land on my face and they don't do much good. As far as motocross, always! Dirt bikes can fuck you up.
