From The Vault Series: Film Your TV

I haven't brought anything out of the vault in awhile and I've been wanting to break out some old videos I have that are collecting dust. The easiest way for me to transfer VHS to the internet was by filming my TV. Yep, it's fried as hell and I didn't turn the volume up loud enough so if you want to hear the song you might need headphones. But, I'm a fan of low budget and low quality productions, this makes point and shoot edits look like HD. Look for more on the way, I think you're going to be stoked on some of the videos I have in store.

This is a "demo" I made of myself during the first summer I worked for Point X Camp in Temecula, Ca. It was mainly filmed in 2003 but there is footage from Tucson, too. In fact some of the footage was used in a video Bissell put out in 2002. More on that video later. I say demo because this is before the current phase of "edits" that everyone is making nowadays. Yeah it's only 6 almost 7 years old but a lot has changed in that time. You use to make sponsor me videos and mail them out to companies, now you just flood their inbox with your "web vid". Anyway, there's plenty of bitch cranks, ice pick bonks, helmets, a skinny version of me, and even Danny Way spy footage when he was filming for the DC video. Bissell, Miracle, and Cheev helped film this whole thing. Good times.

I think this video was awesome and it shows that BMX really hasn't changed that much, at least for me i guess. I'm still doing these same tricks or trying to learn them, ha ha!

Anorexic Mikey. Speaking of clips from the vault, Floyd, do you still have Mike's "clicked bmx" commercial from a year or so ago? That shit is classic.
